1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pph96 ("pph96", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the domain pph96.cam and duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our gaming services including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, bingo, and other gambling products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from creating an account on the pph96 platform. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to create an account and use pph96 services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. pph96 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

pph96 services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines and individuals physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account access and gameplay. You may not use pph96 services if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pph96 complies with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a pph96 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth
• Current residential address in the Philippines
• Active mobile phone number registered in your name
• Valid email address that you have access to
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy at all times. You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Identity Verification

pph96 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all account holders. You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making your first withdrawal. This process requires submission of clear, legible copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, National ID, or UMID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial verification

pph96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph96 username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You must notify pph96 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. pph96 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You agree to indemnify and hold pph96 harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibition

Sharing your pph96 account with any other person is strictly prohibited. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account to place bets, play games, or conduct transactions on your behalf. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

pph96 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer to major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Unionbank), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for GCash, Maya, and card payments, or within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for bank transfers.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pph96 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. pph96 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds and to freeze your account pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00). Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Bank transfers are processed within twenty-four (24) hours during business days. pph96 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits and to verify large withdrawal requests through additional documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees and Charges

pph96 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own fees, which are beyond pph96's control and are the responsibility of the player. You agree that pph96 is not liable for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. pph96 reserves the right to impose higher wagering requirements on deposits that are deemed high-risk or suspicious. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

pph96 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotions page and must be accepted before claiming. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from twenty (20) times to forty (40) times the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute one hundred percent (100%), table games may contribute ten percent (10%) to twenty percent (20%), and some games may be entirely excluded from wagering.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pph96 strictly prohibits bonus abuse and fraudulent activities designed to exploit promotional offers. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns with other players, irregular betting strategies intended to manipulate wagering requirements, and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

All casino games, live dealer games, sports bets, and other gambling products offered on pph96 are governed by specific rules which are available within each game or on our help pages. You agree to abide by all game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between game results displayed on your device and those recorded on pph96's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final.

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All pph96 RNG (Random Number Generator) games are powered by certified game providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with physical cards, dice, or wheels under continuous video surveillance. pph96 does not manipulate game outcomes and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR fairness standards.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, software failures, or communication disruptions that affect game outcomes or bet placement, pph96 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. pph96 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of stakes on affected bets.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pph96 platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in fraudulent activities including chargeback abuse and payment fraud
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in pph96 systems
• Using stolen payment methods or depositing funds that do not belong to you
• Engaging in money laundering or using pph96 services for criminal purposes
• Abusing customer service staff or other players through harassment or offensive behavior

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by pph96

pph96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon suspension, your account balance will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, pph96 may permanently close your account and forfeit any remaining balance.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following verification, minus any pending wagering requirements or disputed amounts. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

pph96 is committed to responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pph96, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of pph96 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. pph96's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to pph96 in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk of financial loss and agree to use pph96 services at your own risk. pph96 does not guarantee any specific outcomes or winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of our platform.

10. Amendments to Terms

pph96 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately u pon posting on the pph96 website. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address or through prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of pph96 services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using our services and close your account.
